Should I choose a Linux or Windows hosting package?

The type of platform you should choose depends on the software you plan to use to power your website. Generally, you should choose Windows if your website is built in ASP, ASP.NET or requires an Microsoft SQL database. If your website is built in PHP, Perl, Ruby, or Python then choose Linux.

Does your Windows hosting support .NET Core?

Windows hosting doesn't support the .NET Core framework. However, if you would like to run a .NET Core application you can use one of our Managed VPS which come with one-click installs for .NET Core.

ASP Versions supported?

ASP.NET is available for use on our Windows packages. We currently support the ASP 2.0, 3.0, 3.5., 4.0 and 4.5 frameworks.

Do you offer MS-SQL?

By default, you will get MySql database free with every package. If you want MS-SQL database then its licensed database, so you have to pay for each MS-SQL database you need.

What’s the difference between autoscaling and load balancing?

They both have the same effect: your website loads faster. However, they work in different ways. Autoscaling ensures that when your website gets busy, it has access to as much resource as it needs, so it doesn’t slow down. A single site can take advantage of a whole server or many servers.

Load balancing stops other busy websites on our shared platform having an effect on yours. It balances the traffic load between multiple servers. It also works as a safety measure: if in the unlikely event of a server failure, it can ensure that your site stays online.

Can we host multiple websites in Windows Hosting?

Yes, according to your selected package, multiple Windows ( websites can be hosted in a single control panel or hosting package.
